Our bespoke design service begins with listening carefully to learn about your brand, style, and vision so that we can transfer this to your product and collection. Then, our experienced team, based in Hanoi, will work directly with our artisan network to develop your sample and produce your collection to the highest standard.

Complete the design-to-delivery process within 20 to 45 days

Our bespoke design service takes care of the complete design-to-delivery process from when you provide the design brief to sampling, materials selection, production, quality control, and shipping. Sample designs are produced from a hand-drawn sketch, 3D design plans, photos, or specifications within 20 to 45 days, depending on size, number of materials, mold, and complexity. We are also happy to source a new skill or material upon your request. Once you approve the sample and bulk order, our team will work with our artisan network to produce your collection.

We have produced exclusive collections for sustainable luxury brands in the USA and Europe for decades. Throughout our bespoke design service, your designs remain exclusive to your company, and your intellectual property remains confidential.

Sustainably sourced natural materials

We work exclusively with natural, sustainably sourced, renewable materials. Whether it is Buffalo Horn, White Clam Shell, or the fibers used for our handwoven creations, they are grown and sourced to support the natural environment in Vietnam.

Made exclusively by hand

Our design philosophy is to make as much as possible by hand. Therefore, whenever possible, we keep machine work to an absolute minimum – everything is handmade, handcrafted, handwoven, handpainted, or hand sculpted.

Logistics and shipping with your chosen partner

We work directly with your chosen shipping agent and are happy to arrange the shipping logistics from beginning to end. We also benefit from competitive local rates which we make available to our clients.
